Transforming a Unit to Increase its Appeal!

Eric, had engaged us to sell his property in as-is condition.

It was pretty rundown after a bad rental experience. The tenant literally destroyed the property and left without informing the owner. The compressed marble flooring was scratched and lost its lustre, while the timber floors in the bedrooms were badly dented. The white walls had markings throughout and debris was strewn all over. It was in a bad state.

After conducting a site inspection, our team recommended general cleaning of the entire unit. We also proposed to repaint the walls and to polish the floor. The entire unit was transformed in under $3.3k. Not only was its former glory restored, but prospective buyers can now focus on the generous size and unblocked views that this unit offers (rather than have their attention drawn to the state of the property).

Eventually, we sold the property at more than $100k above the market price - setting a new record for the development!
