I got the best value despite selling a challenging bachelor's pad!

When I first got this place, my plan was for it to be a bachelor's pad. However, as how life is, when I got married, I had to change to a more family-oriented house. When you pour in a lot of money for renovations, you want the best value for it. There were many challenges faced as the house appeals to a very select group of buyers. The team helped me with the right expectations and got the best value that I can. A lot of research was done, and i think its great that we got the right demographics we are in. A lot of communications was going on, and they are very humble, proactive, and kept me up to date. It took a lot of additional work off my shoulders. I am very happy with the service provided by the team!
