Cheryl is a licensed real estate agent with numerous years of experience and proven track record. She is also a property investor herself and is well-attuned to the latest trends and developments in the industry. She is passionate about the real estate market and one of her goals is to help her clients create and systematically execute their property plans, to actualise their financial dreams. Active in both the secondary and new launch markets, Cheryl has successfully helped many clients and cobroke agents secure choice units at various launches and resale properties. As a result, many have since benefited from her insights and recommendations.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Cheryl has more than a decade of business experience spanning across the IT and financial investment industries. With insightful data-mining skills and business acumen, she has won numerous sales awards and led teams to achieve their business goals.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree, with Honours, from the Nanyang Technological University School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Computer), and brings her strong analytical, business and people’s skills into the real estate industry.
